Program Special Events

While living and studying in Manhattan is an adventure in itself, Tepper students also enjoy special events throughout the semester that provide opportunities to gain unique insights from guest artists.

Past events during the Tepper Semester include:

  • Lunch with the artistic staff of the Public Theater
  • Attending the dress rehearsal of the Manhattan Theatre Club's production of The Receptionist
  • A musical theatre master class with Tony Award-winning composer, Adam Guettel
  • A comedy writing discussion with Doug Abeles and Alex Baze, writers from Saturday Night Live
  • A playwriting discussion with Theresa Rebeck and a playwriting workshop with John Weidman
  • A meet-and-greet with playwright Aaron Sorkin, creator and writer of the acclaimed television series The West Wing, following a performance of his new play, The Farnsworth Invention
